COMPOSITE HOSE

Composite hoses are manufactured with multiple wraps of both polar and non-polar thermoplastic fabrics and films, inner and outer mild steel/stainless steel wires, with an abrasion resistant PVC coated fabric which is UV and Ozone resistant & Fire retardant. These thermoplastic films prevent permeation and effusion of both polar fluids (like toluene) and non-polar fluids (like petrol, diesel). Composite Hose with structural and cover layers that do not deteriorate due to chemical attack, which maintains maximum strength, flexibility & durability and is compatible with the widest range of chemicals and petroleum products.
